The customer portal: your customers see their orders
Your customers sign in with their email address and see their orders, including farm shop and phone orders. The portal is part of the online shop connection and is in testing.

The customer enters their email address and gets a link. The link works for 15 minutes and only once. From the shop, the orders area of the account leads straight to the portal.
Orders and articles
The customer sees all their orders with status, including farm shop and phone orders. With Order again the cart in the shop fills with the chosen articles. The shop checks price and stock itself.
Correct addresses themselves
The customer changes their addresses themselves after confirming their email address once more.
Registering
New customers register in the portal. The shop account is created only after they confirm their email address. If the address is already known, the account is linked to the existing customer.
Access and deletion
Customers request access to their data or deletion right in the portal. The request lands with the data requests of your winery. Vineva respects retention periods, for example for invoices.
Order in Apple Wallet
On iPhone and iPad the customer can add an order to Apple Wallet. The order status then updates there.
Built to be safe
Every customer sees only their own data. The session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. The link is used up only by clicking the button, not by mail scanners.
