The e-label for your wine. Free.
Ingredients, allergens and nutrition behind the QR code: in 24 languages, without ads and without tracking. We host it, you pay nothing.
Launch planned for the first quarter of 2027. Free and non-binding, we will get in touch as soon as your access is ready.
Why our e-label?
Simple
Import wines from a spreadsheet, take over ingredients from templates, let nutrition be calculated from lab values and download the QR code as a file.
Free
The e-label costs nothing. We pay for it through other wineries that book more Vineva modules. You need no other module and no server of your own, we host the pages.
Your address, not ours
On request your e-label runs on an address of your winery. Your customers see your address and never ours.
Based on EU law
The check names the legal basis for every hint. The page has no ads, no shop links and no tracking. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your data.
What does the e-label cost?
Nothing. Optionally you get an address of your own winery.

Switching from your old e-label, easiest with your next wine
The easiest time to switch is when new labels are being printed anyway. How long your existing QR codes keep working depends on your current provider. Clarify this with them in writing beforehand.
-
Take over existing wines
We help you import your existing wines. By spreadsheet (CSV or Excel, up to 20,000 rows), and we recognize the headings of common label exports. Only drafts are created, and the import can be undone.
-
Choose the moment
Switching is easiest with a new wine, because a new label is printed anyway. For bottles already labeled with the old QR code, clarify with your current provider how long their pages stay online.
-
New wines start with Vineva
When a new wine comes along, you create it in Vineva, check the data and print the new QR code on the label from the start.
-
Cancel the old system last
Cancel the old system only when no bottle with the old code is on sale anymore, or when your provider confirms in writing that the pages stay available.
How the transition can run
On request under your own address
For 10 euros net per month your e-label runs on an address of your winery, for example elabel.your-winery.com. Your customers see your address and never ours. The QR code belongs to you: if you ever switch, you simply take the address with you. Without your own address everything stays free.
With your own address you are responsible for keeping it working: your domain must stay paid, and the forwarding to Vineva must stay in place. We explain the setup step by step.
On requestEmbed it easily in your shop and website
The e-label can be embedded by iframe or as HTML in your web shop and website, for example on product pages.
PlannedWhat is included
- QR code as SVG, PDF or PNG in 15 to 30 millimeters
- A check with the legal basis, errors prevent publishing
- Nutrition calculated from lab values or set by hand
- Templates for ingredient lists and selecting many wines at once
- Public page in all 24 official EU languages
- Allergen notice also in the languages of your sales countries
- Legal notice and privacy on the page, from your master data
- Published versions are immutable, changes become a new version
- No ads, no tracking, no cookies for visitors
- Embedding by iframe or HTML in shop and website (planned)
Guide: what belongs in an e-label?
Five steps for your e-label page. Vineva asks for the data and points out what is missing.
-
Collect the ingredients
Everything used in production that stays in the wine goes on the list: first grapes or grape must, sugar if the wine is enriched, plus additives such as acidity regulators, sulphur dioxide or stabilizers. Substances that are removed again do not belong on it.
-
Order the ingredient list
Begin with the word Ingredients and list them in descending order by weight. Put the class in front of additives, for example Acidity regulator: tartaric acid. Ingredients below two percent may follow at the end in any order.
-
Highlight allergens
Highlight sulphites and, for example, lysozyme (egg) or casein (milk) in the list, bold type is usual. The note contains sulphites also stays on the label.
-
State nutrition per 100 ml
Energy, fat, saturates, carbohydrate, sugars, protein and salt in a table per 100 milliliters. The values come from a lab analysis or from average values. Tiny amounts are written as less than 0.1 g.
-
Print the QR code on the label
Put the note Ingredients and nutrition in front of the QR code. It should be at least 1.5 by 1.5 centimeters and sit in the same field of view as the other details. The energy value also stays on the label, either as a number or as the symbol E.
General help, not legal advice.
The e-label is just the start
Your wines are then already in Vineva. You book everything else one by one when you need it.
Frequently asked questions about the e-label
What is an e-label for wine?
An e-label is the page behind the QR code on the bottle. It shows the ingredient list, allergens and nutrition, which then no longer have to be fully printed on the label.
What has to be in an e-label?
An ingredient list with highlighted allergens and the nutrition per 100 milliliters. The guide above shows the five steps.
When can I use the e-label?
Launch is planned for the first quarter of 2027. We approve access personally. Sign up and we will get in touch.
Why is the e-label free?
We can offer it for free because other wineries use Vineva with additional modules. It is our way of meeting you halfway.
Can I use more of Vineva later?
Yes. Vineva is modular: articles, wine register, POS, customers, orders and more are booked one by one when you need them. Your wines are then already in the system.
What does the e-label cost?
Nothing. The e-label page on the Vineva address is free. If you want an address of your own winery, it costs 10 euros net per month.
How do I switch from my old e-label system?
Easiest with your next wine, when new labels are printed anyway. For bottles with the old QR code, clarify in writing with your provider beforehand how long their pages stay online, and cancel only afterwards. We gladly help with importing your wines.
What do I need to consider with my own address?
The address belongs to your winery, and so does the responsibility: you make sure the domain stays paid and the forwarding to Vineva keeps working permanently. We explain the setup step by step.
Is data of my customers collected?
No. The page has no ads, no shop links and no tracking.
In which languages is the page available?
In all 24 official EU languages. Visitors pick the language at the top of the page, otherwise their browser language applies.
Do I need the whole of Vineva for this?
No. The e-label also runs on its own. Other modules are optional and booked one by one.
