From order to parcel

An order runs from quote through delivery note to invoice. At the cellar door you jump straight to the invoice. You set your own shipping rules, for example free from 12 bottles, and connect carriers and payment providers through connections. Invoices are e-invoices and cannot be changed after sending.

A lot inside, few clicks

When does Vineva launch?

We plan to launch in 2027. We are building the foundations now. People on the waitlist hear the exact date first.

Who is Vineva for?

Wineries that sell direct, from family estates to larger businesses. Because Vineva is modular, you book only the areas you need. Vineva is for businesses, not for consumers.

Can I bring my existing customer data?

Yes. You upload your customer list as an Excel or CSV file, match the columns, see a preview and can undo the whole import.

Does Vineva replace my current winery software?

That is the goal. Because Vineva is modular, you replace it area by area. We recommend switching once all the modules your business needs are available.

What does Vineva cost?

Not decided yet. We plan a subscription where you add modules one by one. People on the waitlist get a really affordable early-bird price and hear the terms before launch.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the EU. Every winery is technically separated from the others.

What happens when I sign up?

You get a confirmation email. Only after you click the link are you on the list. After that we write about the launch and important news. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

Does Vineva work on a phone?

Yes. Vineva runs in the browser and can be installed on your phone. A quick view shows customers, phone numbers and navigation in one tap.

Can I try Vineva?
