Articles and stock

Vineva sends name, price, tax class, weight and free stock to the shop. Bundles go out with their components. You keep editing descriptions and search engine texts in the shop. You match existing products by article number.

Orders from the shop

Every order becomes an order in Vineva and the goods are reserved. Vineva recognizes the customer by email address, otherwise it creates one. You create the invoice by hand or let it be created at once, after payment or after shipping.

Shipping and status

Vineva calculates shipping costs from your shipping rules, by quantity, order value, weight, country and customer group. Status and tracking number go to the shop. If you cancel in Vineva, the order is cancelled in the shop too.

Payment and credit notes

Payment stays in the shop. You offer purchase on invoice by your own rule, for example only for existing customers. If you refund in the shop, Vineva creates the credit note.

Gift vouchers in the shop

Customers buy gift vouchers in the shop and redeem them in the cart. After payment Vineva issues the card and sends it as a PDF by email, on a date of your choice if wanted.

New orders at a glance

Vineva reports a new shop order on the iPhone, in the bell, on the start page and by email if you want. Names and addresses never appear in the message.

Newsletter and deletion

The customer confirms the shop signup by email from Vineva. If a customer is deleted or anonymized in Vineva, they are anonymized in the shop too. Invoices are kept for the legal retention periods.

Existing shop

If you want, you load old orders into Vineva as history, for reading only and without stock changes. You compare business details such as address and sender name with the shop and take over what you choose.
