# Know who orders next

> Vineva shows who usually orders regularly and has now gone quiet. It is based on your own numbers, not on guesswork.

## Overdue, at risk, regular

Vineva evaluates when a customer last ordered, how often, for what amount and how long they usually wait between orders. Every hint comes with its reason.

## Hints become tasks

An overdue customer becomes a task with a due date, assigned to a team member if you like. For the new vintage you invite regular customers with a draft you review first.

## Birthdays and greetings

Birthdays trigger automatic greetings. Every customer has a mute switch, and automated outreach starts only after you approve it.

## Customer card with notifications

Your customers carry the customer card in their wallet. Through it you reach them with a notification on their phone, for example when they move up a tier. It can also announce promotions.
