## Customer card in the wallet

Credit and points appear on the card in the customer's wallet. The card receives notifications on the phone, for example when a customer moves up a tier. It can also announce promotions.

## Part of customer retention

Bonus and customer card are part of customer retention: there you see who is overdue and reach your customers with greetings and invitations.
